By CR on 10 October 2014 Fantastic Speaker. Sound quality is awesome. The only downside of this speaker is the price. But if you can afford it, you will not be sorry. For a case, instead of the Bose case check out the Deluxe Travel case from Surf to Summit (on Amazon). The combination of Bose speaker and travel case will give you a rugged go anywhere speaker that sounds great.   Great speaker with a great Sound and an Awesome Battery Life! By Amazon Customer on 9 October 2014 I absolutely love this Bose SoundLink Speaker. I use it all the time now through out my home. When i first got it i took it to a festival and the battery lasted the whole time. It lasted well over 10 hours. The sound is very clear. The bass in songs sounds very good. The treble could be a little better. This speaker gets very load for its size. I was a little nervous getting a bigger portable speaker but honestly this speaker is not that large and is pretty easy to travel with. I cant say enough about the battery life on this speaker. I read a number of reviews and went to best buy to check out a number of different speakers in person. I really could care less about the phone features being able to answer a call through it and to be honest again do you really want to answer your phone on speaker when you have a group around. I was looking for a speaker that had the best sound performance. Works especially well for classical and piano music. Easy to use, extemely mobile and incredible battery life between charges. Highly recommend this product over the orginal Soundlink; noticeable gains in bass response and overall sound quality at all volumes. Easier to move around from room to room without that somewhat annoying flap on the bottom as on the original and II.
