It has more options than I can really keep up with, but very simple and easy at the same time; truly a one-touch latte/cappuccino of excellent quality! This machine is all plastic, and doesn't have the sturdy feel the Saeco had, but it does seem to be of a high quality regardless.

All I can say is that I originally I felt foolish in purchasing such an expensive 'novelty' for two people. The fact that I have six espresso or a combination of drinks that average six espresso shots a day didn't help how I felt. I can honestly say the machine is bloody amazing!! Each shot perfect, each cup of coffee a joy. When was the last time that you had a cup of freshly brewed coffee that had that little bit of light foam on the top? It is a reality in our world every morning. $2,200.00 - ouch! But if you love your coffee/espresso all I can say is that this machine is extremely consistent, programmable and amazing. We love it.

The coffee is always perfectly fresh and it is relatively easy to use. Cleaning it is easier than a coffee pot! Be careful with how many people it is meant to serve... it is a teesy bit slow and loud. Another thing to realize is that the height is about 5 inches taller with the fresh bean holder installed at the top- making it a stand-alone piece in your office (rather than a countertop piece).
