The bottom half is great, the top sections are in the garbage. The weld on the metal parts was so bad, the moment you tried to tighten the screw the weld broke away from the pole. As others have stated the drawers are terrible, difficult to pull open. Very nice, sturdy and looks good. Easy to assemble....did it all myself!! Drawers all work/slide properly. Issues: a few scratches on one of the big center console boards & 1 tower didn't have some pre-drilled holes. Not major issues....I turned the board with the scratches around and it's in the back & then used my own drill to start some of the holes on the 1 tower. Shipped and came on time. I have always had good experiences with delivery dates as everything I have purchased comes on time. If there is ever an issue, Amazon will notify me of this. I feel that the communication is excellent. I like this specific entertainment center because it was easy to assemble, was sturdy and was perfect for my family room. The wood quality was excellent. Again, it was delivered on time with no scratches and they placed the boxes at my front door away from any possible rain.
